Jr. Weightlifting for Teens

This introductory weightlifting course that is taught every Saturday starting April 15th – May 20th, will help teach your young teenagers the foundations of and fundamentals of weightlifting. This class will help participants learn the proper form, technique and hot to use different machines. It will taught by a certified FIT personal trainer. Program #405417/105417
