Carroll Butts Park is one of the largest in the District and is co-owned with the City of Westminster.  In addition to being the home of the Carroll Butts Athletic Park and the Carroll Butts Aquatic Center, this park features ample parking, 4 ball fields, football/soccer fields, concessions, restrooms, shelters, playgrounds, trails, a pond, basketball courts, tennis courts, an inline skating rink, fishing, barbeques and picnic tables.

2023 Master Plan Improvements: Hyland Hills is partnering with the City of Westminster to plan and design improvements to update Carroll Butts Park. This park is very popular with local residents who recreate on the tennis court, playground, sports fields, and walking paths throughout the park. The park is due for an update as many amenities are beyond their typical lifespan. After collecting feedback from the community, Hyland Hills and the City of Westminster created a Master Plan in October 2023. The Plan will be executed in several stages.
