Kickboxing Session Begins

Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges beginner and elite athletes alike. With this workout you will improve coordination and flexibility, while building stamina, lean muscle and burning on average 600 calories!

Class takes place 6:00 – 7:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from April 2 to May 9
