Jr Weightlifting for Teenagers

This introductory weightlifting course that is taught every Saturday starting January 14th through February 25th, will help teach your young teenagers the foundations of and fundamentals of weightlifting. This class will help participants learn the proper form, technique and hot to use different machines. It will taught by a certified FIT personal trainer.
