The City of Westminster requires:
A. All persons, ages 3 and above, who are medically able, when entering, and conducting any interactions within, businesses and government facilities within the City of Westminster are hereby ordered to wear non-medical cloth face coverings, such as to cover their nose and mouth.
B. All persons, ages 3 and above, who are medically able, who are unable to maintain social distancing from people outside of their household while outdoors are hereby ordered to wear non-medical cloth face coverings, such as to cover their nose and mouth. For full resolution, click here.
Effective Immediately, Jefferson County Health Department has ordered the use of masks when outside the home and social distancing is not possible. For full order, click here.
Effective July 24, TriCounty Health Department requires:
Each person when in Adams, Arapahoe, or Douglas County, except as specifically exempted, must wear a Face Covering whenever they are outside their residence and unable to maintain, or where not maintaining, a social distance of six (6) feet from any non-household member or members. There is currently no known vaccine to prevent the COVID-19 and it is imperative to help contain the spread of it wherever possible. In the best interest of all our employees, patrons, residents and friends, please adhere to the following practices and advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC):
Avoid close contact with anyone who is sick;
Clean your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially if you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose;
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands;
Put distance between yourself and other people;
Cover cough and sneezes;
Stay home if you are sick.
