Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is offering free mulch at the following locations: CCVP. 5901 Tennyson St.-west side of park Valley View, 106th. Ave and Federal Blvd. Sports Complex, 8600 Zuni St.- north of batting cages. In the parking lot at all locations.
