FIT by Hyland Hills is a high-quality state of the art fitness center owned and operated by Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District. The fitness center is open to the general public, offering an elite fitness experience to members who are looking for excellence in athletic training equipment, staff and fitness training options.

2020 Master Plan Improvements Description: In 2023, FIT by Hyland Hills completed Phase I of adding expansion joints and painting over half of the fitness facility. Staff plans to complete the rest of the facility in 2023 in a similar fashion.
