Immerse yourself in spiritual energy during a day-long     

retreat at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat Center in the mountains

above Boulder. Begin with a relaxing hatha yoga class

followed by a gourmet vegetarian lunch. The afternoon

will include an introduction to meditation, refreshments

and discussion. The tuition includes lunch and class. If

individual participants are interested in transportation it

will be $5 extra dollars. If we do have enough interested

participants to take a van, we will leave PMC at 9:30am.

TOUR OF GHOSTS DOWNTOWN DENVER

Spooks and spirits haunt Denver. Many hover near the

Capitol. Come try to invoke some during a two-hour stroll        

around parts of Capitol Hill. In addition to ghostly embodiments,

we'll explore the architecture, history, and sex scandals

of the region. Be advised: Salty language will be used

to describe seamy behavior. Appetizers, beverages or a

light dinner downtown is not included in the tour price.

WALK, TALK AND COFFEE AT CARL PARK

Hike the trail around Carl Park and then come inside the

community center for coffee, fruit and donuts. Great way

to visit, meet new people and exercise at the same time.

Dress warm. This walk will be calm, but invigorating.
