POSITION TITLE:

      Skilled Laborer – Water World

      Seasonal Position

DUTIES:

·         Under minimal supervision, responsible for performing and assisting with specific high-level and skilled duties associated with carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and pump mechanics.

·         Position must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment and decision making. 

·         Position has a high level of responsibility and will be entrusted with highly technical equipment and/or procedures.

·         May operate light equipment such as pick-up trucks, mowing and trimming equipment, manual hand tools and similar equipment.

·         Ensures all possible safety measures are observed and alerts supervisor of maintenance concerns or needs.

·         Work may include moderate to heavy lifting.

·         May perform other simple miscellaneous tasks as directed.

KNOWLEDGE

AND ABILITIES:

·         Ability to interact with and follow directions from supervising staff members.

·         Ability to read and understand the chemical ingredients of various cleaning/horticulture solutions/chemicals.

·         Ability to work independently and maintain a clean area.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Must possess a State of Colorado driver’s license and have a good driving record.

WAGE/HOURS

INFORMATION:

      $10.75 - $15.00 per hour

      Seasonal position
