Donation Policy

Because we are a governmental entity, we have the ability to donate a very limited number of facility admissions. Admissions may be provided to non-profit organizations in exchange for advertising at their fundraising event.

To request a facility admission donation, you must represent a non-profit organization (such as a church, school or registered charity).

Please note:

• Your request must be submitted in writing on organization letterhead and include a description of the fundraising event and/or how the admissions will be used. Also include how Hyland Hills will be advertised at your event.

• We cannot make donations to families, foster care, individuals or businesses. Please contact our Group Sales representative, Angie Fletcher at 303-650-7628 or e-mail Angie at afletcher@hylandhills.org for pricing and availability.

• Allow up to 30 days for your request to be processed. Denied requests will not receive notification.

• We cannot accept telephone, email, or faxed requests.

• We are unable to provide status of your request once submitted.
